Workforce Partnership is committed to building a workforce development system that meets the needs of both job seekers and employers throughout the Kansas City area—specifically in Johnson, Leavenworth and Wyandotte (Kansas) counties.

Governed by a business-led board of directors, the Partnership works with public- and private-sector training providers and service organizations to ensure the area has a skilled, work-ready workforce that enables area businesses to thrive.
