The Northwest Workforce Investment Board (North Central Missouri College) is an appointed group of community leaders responsible for developing and directing employment-related opportunities.

The Board's goal is to develop a self-sufficient, productive and skilled workforce through strong partnerships with businesses and communities throughout the region.
